Any deficiencies of the property are clearly noted in the report and your inspectors will explain all significant findings! We offer from a standard Check Off Report to an extensive Due Diligence Report

NBI-Michigan is the first Commercial Inspection company to create a “Due Diligence” report. What this means is that each report is tailored to your specific building and contains information to properly equip you with first hand knowledge and a proper understanding of the problems with your particular building, as well as how to correct them. Each report will call out specific deficiencies, an estimated cost to fix those deficiencies and a list of contractors that if you wanted, you could use for the repairs of all deficiencies. You will have one of the most tailored reports on the market, to use to better prepare for the purchase of your building.
