Apartments

NBI Inspectors are trained and qualified to inspect any type of building. Although apartment buildings are typically more of a challenge, NPI Inspectors are trained to give a comprehensive detailed analysis of the building and its components.

NBI inspectors are also trained on blue print take-offs as well as CAD diagrams. When a building is inspected, the inspectors take digital photos of deficiencies as well as major attributes to the building and its components. Diagrams are also provided to our clients so they can visually see a layout and where certain defective items are located throughout the building.
