Churches
Each NBI inspector is trained in all facets of the inspection industry. Each inspection is tailored to fit the needs of the purchaser. Churches and Houses of Worship can be especially difficult to inspect based on size, age and construction. However, our trained professionals have the knowledge and expertise to be inclusive and thorough when performing our inspections.
This building was purchased with the intention of renovating and was re-opened as a church. Although built in 1962, our inspectors carefully and accurately assessed the church’s damage and provided or client with a cost estimate of repairs.

Many commercial buildings are purchased with the intention of converting its use. This building was purchased for just that reason. Built in the early 1900’s, this church was run down and abandoned. Our client’s intentions were to rehab this space into a ballet dance studio. With our inclusive due diligence report and CAD drawings, our client was able to assess its damage and negotiate a better price from the seller.

Schools
NBI has inspected schools all over Southeast Michigan. We perform from your basic construction and structural integrity inspection to Radon, Mold and Environmental Hazard inspections. Radon is a harmful carcinogen. Schools should have these test performed regularly to avoid harmful gases in their buildings. Schools should also be tested for Environmental hazards. NBI performs Phase I and Phase II inspections for these hazards.

NBI is dedicated to providing the most thorough and in-depth inspections possible.
