Lease Inspections
When leasing a building, many times the lessee is responsible for certain aspects of the building and its mechanicals. NBI can inspect your rental/leasing property to ensure that the property you are leasing/renting is code compliant and the scope of the items you are responsible for, are in good condition. With our reports and photos, you can ensure that you are covered financially before you agree to lease/rent the property.
