Rocky’s Restaurant in Brighton, MI. NBI inspectors have
inspected restaurants all over southeastern Michigan. NBI has
established contracts for several franchise restaurants such as
Ramshorn and National Coney Island, as well as individually owned
and operated facilities such as Rocky’s. Each facility is carefully
inspected to make sure it’s operational for patrons to dine. |
| This building is a 2 story/ ISO frame construction class
building with a Michigan basement and wine cellar. The roof was
comprised of both asphalt shingles and rolled rubber roofing
material for flat parts of the roof. NBI was contracted for
general make-up of the building, pest inspection and fire
protection. NBI inspectors were required to inspect the
suppression systems as well as fire extinguishers and tag dates. |

NBI inspectors were also required to check for water
leakage due to an older roof and possible mold in the basement and
attic areas. NBI inspectors have completed restaurant
contracts for individuals buying into the business as well as for
insurance companies who insure the building and owner. NBI
inspectors are knowledgeable in both aspects of the restaurant
inspection business. |
